Shipping & Returns

Shipping  (only available in South Africa)

  • Door-to-door delivery through Fastway Couriers
  • Once your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges and Refunds will only considered if the customer notifies XO within 7 days of delivery. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), exchanges and refunds will only be accepted and processed if the item(s) are unused with all tags, button bags and packaging in tact and no signs of damage, wear or altering
  • Customers requesting an exchange or refund will need to courier their items to XO at their own cost using a trackable courier service of their choice. Alternatively, XO can also provide a quote for a return courier service
  • Courier of exchanged items back to the customer will also be at their own cost
  • A return for any faulty items will only be considered if your notify XO within 7 days of receipt. If the item is no longer in stock, an exchange for another item or gift card or full refund of equal value will be issued provided that all pieces or components of the original item are available for inspection
  • No exchanges or returns on SALE items or Jewellery
  • All BLACK FRIDAY sales are final
