Shipping  (only available in South Africa)

  • Door-to-door delivery through Fastway Couriers
  • Once your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number 

Returns & Exchanges

  • No refunds will be accepted, but we are more than happy to exchange merchandise if items purchased are unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Customers may then return unused items to XO at their own cost and will be responsible for the cost of resending replacement items. Please contact us at to arrange this
  • No exchanges or returns on SALE items or jewellery
  • A return for any faults will only be considered if your notify XO within 14 days of receipt. If the item is no longer in stock, an exchange for another item or gift card or full refund of equal value will be issued provided that all pieces or components of the original item are available for inspection
